Before you book.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. 20 minutes, no obligation. We learn your situation, you learn whether we can help, and you'll leave with a clear next step either way.
Who do you work with?
Primarily two groups: successful business owners, and high-net-worth families and individuals with significant assets to manage. Both get the family office treatment, one team holding the whole picture. What they share is a financial life that's grown complex enough to need real coordination: tax, planning, and investments handled as one strategy instead of three disconnected ones.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. We're based in Harvest, Alabama, and work with business owners nationwide. Meetings are virtual, and documents move through a secure portal.
Are you a fiduciary?
Yes. Tulip Financial Planning is a registered investment adviser, which means we serve clients as a fiduciary, legally obligated to put your interests ahead of our own. Advice is the only thing we sell, so it is the only thing we have an incentive to get right.
What does it cost?
Most clients start with the 90-Day Audit, a fixed fee of $6,000 under $1M of annual income, or $12,000 over, published right on the pricing section and 100% credited toward your first months if we continue together. Ongoing wealth management and planning engagements are scoped to your situation and quoted on your discovery call. You'll always know the number before committing. Tax preparation is billed separately by complexity. No contracts, cancel anytime.
I already have a CPA. Why would I need this?
Most CPAs are excellent at recording history, filing what already happened. Tax planning is about changing what happens next. If your CPA has never proactively brought you a strategy with a dollar figure attached, that's exactly the gap we fill (and we can prepare the returns too).
What should I bring to the first call?
Just your most recent business and personal tax returns. That's enough for us to spot the obvious opportunities.
Ready when you are.
The best time to plan this year's taxes was January. The second-best time is today.
